Durham's Participatory Budgeting Winning Projects Announced

DURHAM, North Carolina, June 19 -- The city of Durham issued the following news:

After a month-long voting process where more than 10,000 residents cast their votes on how to spend $2.4 million, the results are in for Durham's first-ever Participatory Budgeting process.
