Reps. Moore and Sensenbrenner Reintroduce Bipartisan Bill to Help Advance Gastrointestinal Research

WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. Gwen Moore, D-Wisconsin, issued the following news release:

Today, Congresswoman Gwen Moore (WI-04) and Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner (WI-05) reintroduced The Functional Gastrointestinal and Motility Disorders Research Enhancement Act. This legislation would instruct the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to expand and coordinate research and education efforts towards Functional Gastrointestinal and Motility Disorders (FGIMD).
