WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. Mark Walker, R-North Carolina, co-chairman of the Congressional Prayer Caucus, issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's ruling in American Legion vs. American Humanist Association that the Bladensburg Peace Cross is not in violation of the Establishment Clause of the Constitution:
