WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Rep. Gwen Moore, D-Wisconsin, issued the following statement after the passage legislation (H.R. 2740) that consists of the fiscal 2020 Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Defense, Energy and Water, State Department and Foreign Operations appropriations bills:
