COLUMBIA, Missouri, June 19 -- The University of Missouri's College of Food and Natural Resources issued the following news:

University of Missouri Extension soybean specialist Bill Wiebold often touts soybean as an amazing, resilient crop.

This could be a year when Mother Nature tests its resilience. Wiebold says Missouri farmers got a triple whammy of prevented corn planting, reduced soybean yield from delayed planting, and poor crop vigor of emerged corn and soybean . . .
