RALEIGH, North Carolina, June 18 -- The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association issued the following news:
The Chavis Men's Summer Basketball League begins the regular season on Wednesday, June 19, at Emery Gymnasium on the Saint Augustine's University campus. Admission is free.
Games are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:45 p.m., 7:45 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. The regular season lasts six weeks followed by the postseason tournament, which starts July 29. . . .
