BISMARCK, North Dakota, May 13 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
Gov. Doug Burgum has directed government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, and encourages North Dakotans to do the same at their homes and businesses, in observance of Peace Officers Memorial Day.
