ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, April 24 -- The U.S. Naval Academy issued the following news release:
U.S. Naval Academy Assistant Professor Jeff Kosseff, a native of East Brunswick, N.J., was recently named an Andrew Carnegie Fellow for his book tentatively titled "United States of Anonymous Speech."
