WASHINGTON, April 16 -- Reps. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, chairman of the Subcommittee on Antitrust, issued the following joint statement in response to the White House's refusal to provide answers related to the merger of AT&T and Time Warner:
