The Buckeye Institute: Ohio Senate's Sentencing Reform Proposal Would Ensure People Get Needed Treatment

COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 6 -- The Buckeye Institute issued the following statement by Daniel J. Dew, legal fellow with Buckeye's Legal Center, on the policies in legislation (S.B. 3), which would safely reduce Ohio's prison population by ensuring those suffering from addiction receive the treatment they need:
