WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- The AFSCME (American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees - AFL-CIO) issued the following statement:
AFSCME President Lee Saunders issued the following statement in response to President Donald Trump's decision to sign a budget bill and declare a national emergency for border wall funding:
