CHICAGO, Illinois, Dec. 27 -- The Appraisal Institute issued the following news release:
Stephen S. Wagner, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, of West Lafayette, Indiana, will begin his one-year term as president of the Appraisal Institute on Jan. 1.
