TOLEDO, Ohio, Dec. 6 -- AAA Club Alliance issued the following news release:

Car not starting? Rats! Literally, rats, mice or squirrels could be the problem. Rodents like mice, rats, chipmunks and squirrels take shelter and rummage for food wherever they can, maybe even in your car.
