Dr. Gordon Lloyd, senior fellow at the Ashbrook Center and professor emeritus at Pepperdine University, will speak on the topic of "The Great Difficulty of Framing: Slavery and the Constitutional Convention" at a colloquium on Friday, Nov. 30, at 3 p.m. in the Ashbrook Center, located on the eighth floor of the Library on the Ashland University campus.
