Today, Congressman Andre Carson (IN-07), congratulated Indianapolis for having the 6th highest volunteer rate in the nation. In a report released this week by the Corporation for National and Community Service, Indianapolis ranked 6th among the 51 largest cities across the country for volunteerism.
