INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Nov. 8 -- Indiana University-Purdue University issued the following news release:

The Louis Stokes Midwest Regional Center of Excellence was one of six Louis Stokes regional centers of excellence recently recognized by the National Science Foundation.
