Just days after its grand opening, the National Veterans Memorial and Museum has scrapped plans to charge admission to veterans.
The Columbus, Ohio, museum's opening ceremony took place Saturday, with plans in place for a public opening Wednesday that would include a $12 admission fee for veterans, a $5 discount off the regular rate.
