Continuing her work to deliver results for Missourians and bring down costs for prescription drugs, the U.S. Senate has now passed the second of two bipartisan proposals by U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill to put an end to pharmacy gag clauses that can sometimes prohibit pharmacists from telling customers that they could pay less for their prescription if they pay out of pocket-- . . .
