Establishment of Credit Data System Enters Final Phase

JERUSALEM, Israel, Sept. 16 -- The Bank of Israel issued the following news release:
In accordance with the Credit Data Law, 5776-2016, ("the Law"), the Bank of Israel has begun to implement the final phase of establishing the credit data sharing system. On August 31, 2018, the Bank of Israel began collecting credit data in a manner that will make it possible to begin activity in the system in the second quarter of 2019, with the going into effect of the Law.
