Pedestrian Island Project to Impact Park Avenue Traffic Starting Sept. 10

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pennsylvania, Sept. 6 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news release:
Travel restrictions will be in place starting Monday, Sept. 10, on East Park Avenue when crews begin installation of a new pedestrian island near the intersection with McKee Street.
Work crews will be conducting work between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays, resulting in two traffic changes:
