ALBANY, New York, Sept. 5 -- The State University of New York issued the following news release:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced the ratification of a six-year labor agreement between the state and United University Professions, the nation's largest higher education union, representing more than 35,000 SUNY employees. The agreement won the approval of nearly 98 percent of UUP members who cast ballots.
