TERRE HAUTE, Indiana, Sept. 5 -- Rend Lake College issued the following news release:
Rend Lake College lost a legend yesterday. James E. "Jim" Waugh of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday morning, September 4, 2018 at Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus. He was 81 years old.
