ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Sept. 4 -- The Washington University St. Louis School of Medicine issued the following news release:
Uveal melanoma, the large green mass pictured, is a cancer of the eye that has no targeted therapies. A new study from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis shows that a natural plant compound shuts down uveal melanoma cell growth in human tumor cells grown in the lab.
