FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Aug. 16 -- Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear issued the following news release:
Attorney General Andy Beshear and his Office of Medicaid Fraud and Abuse today announced the indictment of a Henry County woman on health care fraud involving her son's care.
Kelley Foree, 40, of Turners Station, has been charged with one count of devising or engaging in a scheme to defraud the Kentucky Medical Assistance Program of $300 or more, a Class D felony. < . . .
