WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 -- Rep. Austin Scott, R-Georgia, member of the House Armed Services Committee, issued the following statement on the announcement that the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex is launching an initiative to hire 1,200 jobs in the next 12 months:
