HARTFORD, Connecticut, July 14 -- Gov. Dannel P. Malloy and Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman, D-Connecticut, issued the following joint statement regarding Judge Victor Bolden's ruling that the Trump administration unconstitutionally separated two children who are seeking asylum and were forcibly taken from their parents in Texas and sent to Connecticut by immigration officials under a Trump administration policy:
