WASHINGTON, July 13 -- Rep. Jim Langevin, D-Rhode Island, a senior member of the House Armed Services and Homeland Security Committees, issued the following statement after Special Counsel Robert Mueller's indictment of 12 Russian military intelligence officers for distributing documents they had stolen from U.S. political organizations in an attempt to interfere with the 2016 presidential election:
