WASHINGTON, July 13 -- Rep. Robert A. Brady, D-Pennsylvania, ranking Democratic member of the House Administration Committee, issued the following statement after the Justice Department announced an indictment of 12 Russian nationals for interfering in the 2016 presidential election:
