SARASOTA, Florida, April 18 -- The Trust for Public Land issued the following news release:
The Trust for Public Land announced today it has received a $30,000 grant from the Gulf Coast Community Foundation to increase public awareness of the benefits of the Sarasota Legacy Trail and its proposed extension.
The money will be used for public outreach to describe the economic, recreational, safety, and health benefits this popular trail provides to the County and region. . . .
