WASHINGTON, April 5 -- Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-New York, issued the following statement regarding the U.S. Trade Representative's release of a preliminary list of products to be covered by import tariffs to end the so-called Chinese intellectual property theft and forced technology transfers:
