WASHINGTON, April 5 -- Sens. Mark Warner, D-Virginia, and Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, issued the following joint statement raising concerns after Virginia's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services confirmed that proposed tariffs could hurt Virginia businesses and employees saying that China is the commonwealth's biggest export market for agricultural goods.
