TAMPA, Florida, March 22 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
Chief U.S. District Judge Steven D. Merryday today sentenced Rico Simmons (42, Tampa) to seven years in federal prison for conspiracy to commit theft of government property, access device fraud, and aggravated identity theft. As part of his sentence, the court also ordered him to pay $156,100.12 in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service, and entered a separate mon . . .
