ORLANDO, Florida, Feb. 22 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
U.S. District Judge Paul G. Byron has sentenced Sergio Cuandon-Alvarez (23, Mexico) to one year in federal prison for illegal reentry after deportation. He pleaded guilty on November 7, 2017.
According to court documents, Cuandon-Alvarez, a Mexican citizen, was removed from the United States on three occasions in 2013. On April 30, 2013, he was convicted . . .
