CHATHAM COUNTY, Georgia, Jan. 2 -- People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals issued the following news release:
As a winter storm watch is affecting Chatham County, animals are at risk and can suffer from deadly frostbite and exposure, become dehydrated when water sources ice over, and die--especially when overnight temperatures drop below freezing, as is forecast for your area.
