WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 -- The National Association of Broadcasters issued the following statement by Dennis Wharton, executive vice president of communications, in response to the introduction by Reps. Doug Collins, R-Georgia, and Hakeem Jeffries, D-New York, of the Music Modernization Act:
