ATLANTA, Georgia, Dec. 14 -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations issued the following news release:
The Georgia chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Georgia) today welcomed the arrest of Preston Q. Howard, a Missouri man accused of making several profane and threatening calls to the Islamic Society of Augusta (ISA) over the summer.
