WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer, D-Maryland, issued the following statement on the Federal Communications Commission's vote to reverse the net neutrality rules:
"I am disappointed that the Federal Communications Commission chose to reverse the net neutrality rules set by the Obama Administration, which I believe is a costly mistake and unnecessary.
