WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- The Union of Concerned Scientists issued the following news release:
President Donald Trump signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) into law today. The act would require the Pentagon to do a report on how military installations and overseas staff may be vulnerable to climate change over the next 20 years.
