Christian Aid Issues Statement on Global Carbon Emissions Report

LONDON, Nov. 14 -- Christian Aid issued the following statement by International Climate Lead Mohamed Adow responding to the new study from the University of East Anglia that shows global carbon emissions have increased in 2017 following three years of nearly zero growth:

"This is scary. The flatlining emissions over the past three years suggested we could start to reduce them. To find out that we're actually pumping more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere than ever is shocking . . .
