Rep. Messer Urges U.S. Senate to Pass House Budget

WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Rep. Luke Messer, R-Ind., issued the following news release:

U.S. Rep. Luke Messer (IN-06) today urged the U.S. Senate to pass the House's budget plan that calls for $200 billion in spending cuts, balances within 10 years, and paves the way for tax cuts.

The Building a Better America budget, which passed the House last week, also includes robust funding to rebuild the U.S. military and secure the border. The U.S. Senate has yet to bring the House . . .
