CAMP GRAFTON, N.D., March 14 -- The North Dakota National Guard issued the following news release:
Three troops of about 30 Boy Scouts from Bismarck and Fargo, N.D., traveled to Camp Grafton in Devils Lake March 9-11 to receive merit badge training from the Soldiers of the North Dakota National Guard's 164th Regional Training Institute (RTI).
Volunteer Soldiers from the North Dakota National Guard's (NDNG) 164th RTI instructed the Boy Scouts, ages 10 to 16 . . .
