WASHINGTON, March 14 -- Rep. Bill Flores, R-Texas (17th CD), issued the following news release:
Since 1982, high school students from around the country have competed in the Congressional Art Completion to have their artwork shown in the U.S. Capitol. The Congressional Art Competition is an annual contest which encourages and recognizes the artistic talents of students from each participating Congressional District.
