STEVENS POINT, Wis., Sept. 8 -- The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point issued the following news release:
Paul Fowler has taken the helm as the first executive director of the Wisconsin Institute for Sustainable Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
