WOLVERHAMPTON, England, Sept. 7 -- The Wolverhampton City Council issued the following news release:
Green fingered gardeners who supported Wolverhampton's Heart of England in Bloom campaign bid have been rewarded for their efforts.
Organisers of Floral City, Wolverhampton's entry in this year's campaign, arranged a host of competitions open to children, schools, adults and businesses, and the winners were presented their certificates by Councillor B . . .
