NAPA, Calif., Sept. 7 -- Napa County issued the following news release:
The fall session of storytime programs begins on Sept. 21 at the Napa City-County Library. These are free group-listening experiences presented to help children gain a love of books and reading. Storytime programs run from Sept. 21 through Dec. 9.
