DALLAS, Sept. 7 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced today that the City of Houston and the City of Albuquerque will receive grants to advance greenhouse gas reduction activities as part of the Agency's Climate Showcase Communities initiative.
