NEWCASTLE, England, Sept. 6 -- The Newcastle City Council issued the following news release:
Staff at Newcastle City Library's cafe are celebrating after receiving a national award.
Stewart & Co. At The City Library has been named winner in the Best Outreach category in the Olive Magazine Alternative Restaurant Awards 2010.
