HULL, England, Sept. 6 -- The Hull City Council issued the following news release:
Hull City Council is committed to tackling environmental damage and is working with residents to keep the city clean.
Councillor Mike Ross, Portfolio Holder for Customer and Neighbourhood Services, said:
