RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 3 -- The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources issued the following news release:
Most state parks in coastal and eastern North Carolina resumed normal operations early today, following the passage of Hurricane Earl, according to the N.C. Division of Parks and Recreation.
