RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 2 -- Public Schools of North Carolina issued the following news release:
William (Bill) Harrison was unanimously re-elected chairman by State Board of Education members at this morning's State Board meeting. Board members also re-elected Wayne McDevitt as vice-chairman.
